Line Cook - Full Time (Afternoon/Evening)

We're looking for a reliable line cook to join our team. Strong preference for Spanish-speaking candidates.

Pay & Growth

• Starting at $20/hour
• 4-week trial period
• After 4 weeks, opportunity for a 10% raise based on performance benchmarks
• Additional pay increases based on weekend availability

• Full-time, 6 days preferred
• Monday-Friday: approx. 3:00 PM - 8:30 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: brunch availability required
• Weekend shifts can increase base pay

• Set up and prep station according to station plan
• Execute dishes consistently to spec
• Maintain and take inventory of your station
• Work clean and organized
• Clean station and floors as part of the team at end of the shift

• Team player with strong work ethic
• Ability to work clean, fast, and consistently
• Weekend availability is a must
• Spanish-speaking is a plus
