An Am Law 200 law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its practice in Philadelphia, PA. Candidates should have at least 3 years of litigation experience and hold an active Pennsylvania Bar license.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in a high-volume insurance defense and/or personal injury practice
• Strong trial preparation and courtroom experience, including managing files, motion practice, hearings, and depositions
• Excellent advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills
• A detail-oriented and organised approach with a strong work ethic
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Compensation:

• Salary: $165,000–$175,000
• Bonus: Eligible for discretionary bonus
