Daily Responsibilities: Perform caulking, flooring installation, cabinet installation, laminate, and door installation Handle window installation, vinyl composition tile, and laminate flooring Complete punch out lists, home repair, crown molding Assist with window and door installation, siding, trim carpentry, and vinyl installation Conduct basic carpentry, finish carpentry, and scope development Required Skills: Must have a reliable truck, basic tools, and be clean-cut. No torn clothing, etc. Proven experience in a similar handyman role Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines Nice to Have Skills: Experience with crown molding Knowledge of window and door installation techniques Expertise in siding and trim carpentry Proficiency in vinyl installation and finish carpentry Ability to develop scopes for projects Salary and Benefits: Competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
