Essential Job Functions:* Greets guests at the table.* Takes food and beverage order.* Responds to guest questions regarding food preparation and menu.* Inspects guest identification to ensure guest meets legal age limit for alcohol possession/consumption* Monitors guest alcohol consumption and acts according to established alcohol awareness program guidelines.* Serves food and beverages.* Directs bus person and assists as needed in the clearing of tables.* Completes required side work.* Performs all other duties as assigned.Qualifications:* Must be 18 years of age or older.* High school diploma or equivalent.* One or more years high volume food service experience required.* Knowledge of food and beverage order processing systems.* Must be available to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays.* Ability to successfully fulfill the pre-employment process.Physical and Mental Demands:* Regularly required to see, talk and hear; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, frequently required to stoop and kneel.* Must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.* Able to interact with others while maintaining a positive and courteous demeanor under frequently fast paced work conditions.* Ability to count.* Ability to work in a noisy and smoky environment
