Lead the Charge at One of Philly's Hottest Restaurants! EMei is Hiring a Restaurant Manager!

Now, we're on the lookout for a high-energy, focused Restaurant Manager to help us continue to soar. This isn't a one-person show – you'll have the support of 2-3 full back-office team members who'll help you with everything from POS/Delivery Platform tech issues and menu updates to marketing, reviews, scheduling, payroll, and inventory purchasing. Plus, you'll be backed by our super friendly FOH team and the owners, who has the patience and love working together!

• Inspire & Lead the Team: You'll manage, train, and motivate our FOH crew, ensuring they're energized, engaged, and delivering excellent service.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in restaurant management
• A true passion for guest experiences – you love making people happy!
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on positivity, problem-solving, and teamwork.
• A deep commitment to quality – from service to the dining atmosphere.
• Great decision-making abilities that keep things moving smoothly.
