OverviewLocation: National TravelWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Imaging Service Engineer on a contract basis to provide technical support and maintenance for imaging equipment across multiple locations nationwide. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in servicing and troubleshooting imaging devices, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to travel extensively to client sites.ResponsibilitiesPerform installation, maintenance, and repair of imaging equipment including scanners, printers, and multifunction devices.Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently to minimize downtime.Provide on-site technical support and training to customers as needed.Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all service activities.Collaborate with the technical team and escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards during all service operations.Travel nationally to client locations as required to deliver timely service.QualificationsProven experience as a service engineer or technician in the imaging or related technology field.Strong knowledge of imaging equipment, including hardware components and software applications.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while traveling.Good communication and customer service skills.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively on a national level.Relevant technical certifications or training in imaging technology is a plus.Contract DetailsThis is a contract position requiring national travel to various client sites.
