Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, shoppers, and store personnel by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or public responders as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, receiving zones, and perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.; Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and report suspicious behavior, policy concerns, and/or potential hazards to appropriate personnel.; Support a visible presence at the location while assisting with closing procedures, crowd monitoring, and routine security-related checks based on site needs.
