Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at the front desk by following site-specific procedures and assisting with security-related questions and requests; Monitor access to the location by verifying identification, managing visitor check-in procedures, and documenting arrivals, departures, deliveries, and/or service appointments; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency personnel when appropriate; Support front desk operations within an automotive rental location by observing lobby activity, helping to deter unauthorized access, and reporting maintenance, customer service, and/or security-related concerns; Complete required logs, reports, and other documentation related to daily activity, incidents, and front desk responsibilities in a timely and accurate manner
