They are seeking a Sr. Casualty Underwriter to join their growing specialty division. This is an opportunity to be part of a team that values strong broker relationships, technical underwriting expertise, and strategic growth in the middle and upper-middle market.

Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid)

About the Role:

As a Sr. Casualty Underwriter, you'll manage the full underwriting cycle across General Liability, Auto, and some Workers' Compensation. You'll build strong broker relationships, drive new business, and grow a profitable book in construction, transportation, and manufacturing.

The Ideal Candidate Has:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Risk Management, Business, or related field)
  • 5–10 years of commercial casualty underwriting experience (GL and Auto strongly preferred)
  • Experience with middle-market accounts and multi-line rating
  • Background in construction, manufacturing, or transportation underwriting a plus
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and underwriting systems
  • Relationship-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable in a production environment
