Ace Hardware - - Responsibilities: Service new and existing customers to provide a customized solution to fix the issue at hand; Lead in the plumbing field to ensure customer satisfaction; Provide customers with solutions for their Plumbing and Water Treatment systems; Follow-up with existing estimates to offer any additional information as needed to convert them into sales; Diagnosing; leaks, drain clogs, no water, no hot water, low water pressure, etc.
