Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to students, staff, visitors, and/or faculty by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant information to campus contacts and Allied Universal leadership.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout academic buildings, residence areas, common spaces, parking locations, and perimeter areas to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.; Monitor access points and observe campus activity, assisting with directions, visitor questions, and/or policy-related concerns while maintaining detailed daily activity and incident documentation.
