Role Overview:As an Electro-Mechanical Technician, you will build and test hardware used in aerospace and space systems. This is a hands-on role focused on assembling, modifying, and troubleshooting high-reliability components that support critical missions. Key Responsibilities: - Assemble mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical hardware - Fabricate, bond, solder, and build components using detailed instructions - Disassemble, modify, rework, and test assemblies - Read and follow engineering drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams - Perform both repetitive and custom assembly tasks with precision - Troubleshoot issues and support corrective actions with engineering and quality teams - Identify and help resolve production or process issues - Follow safety, training, and quality standards in a regulated environment - Support production schedules, including shift work and overtime as needed.
