Job DescriptionJob DescriptionTier 2 IT Support TechnicianPegasus Technologies, LLCChester County, PA | Full-Time | Hybrid Field & Remote SupportPegasus Technologies is a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) focused on delivering exceptional IT support, cybersecurity, and strategic technology solutions to small and mid-sized businesses throughout the region. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Tier 2 Technician to join our team.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, working directly with clients, and continuing to grow their IT knowledge in a fast-paced MSP environment.Responsibilities* Provide Tier 2 technical support for desktops, servers, networking, Microsoft 365, and cloud environments* Troubleshoot escalated service tickets and resolve issues efficiently* Support and maintain Windows environments, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365* Assist with onboarding/offboarding users and device deployments* Work with firewalls, switches, wireless networking, and VPN connectivity* Participate in project work including migrations, upgrades, and infrastructure improvements* Document technical procedures, configurations, and resolutions* Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal team members* Escalate complex issues when appropriate while maintaining ownership of the client experienceRequired Skills & Experience* 3+ years of IT support experience, preferably within an MSP environment* Strong knowledge of:* * Windows 10/11* Windows Server* Microsoft 365* Active Directory* Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs)* Experience with remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools* Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively* Excellent communication and documentation abilitiesPreferred Qualifications* Experience with ConnectWise, Autotask, Datto, Huntress, or similar MSP platforms* Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices* Experience supporting virtualization platforms such as Hyper-V or VMware* Microsoft or CompTIA certifications are a plusWhat We Offer* Competitive salary based on experience* Health benefits* Paid time off and holidays* Ongoing technical training and career growth opportunities* Collaborative team environment* Exposure to a wide variety of technologies and industriesAbout Pegasus TechnologiesPegasus Technologies is committed to delivering responsive, relationship-driven IT services that help businesses operate securely and efficiently.
