Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Bilingual Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, experienced with material handling equipment, and committed to maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. This role is critical in supporting our growing operations and ensuring smooth communication across our diverse team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate sit-down forklifts, stand-up reach trucks, and/or pallet jacks to move, locate, and stack products.
• Load and unload trucks, containers, and rail cars.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs.
• Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately according to pick tickets.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper scanning and documentation.
• Assist with general warehouse duties including receiving, shipping, and housekeeping (5S standards).
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and drivers in both English and Spanish.
• Follow all OSHA, company, and safety policies and procedures.

• Bilingual: Fully fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written) - required.
• Minimum 1-2 years of recent forklift experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Valid forklift certification (we can provide training/recertification if needed).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work in various temperatures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Basic computer skills (RF scanners, inventory systems).
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to pass drug screen and background check.
