Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service at the front desk by following site-specific procedures, assisting employees and visitors, and supporting security-related protocols for a technology-focused location.; Monitor lobby activity, manage visitor check-in and access documentation, and help to confirm that guests are directed according to site requirements.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency responders when appropriate.; Answer questions, provide directions, and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or security-related issues through the proper communication channels.; Support badge and credential review, track deliveries and visitor arrivals, and help to maintain an orderly front desk presence aligned with Allied Universal standards and client site expectations.
