Description:

Our client, a leading organization in the consumer products industry, is seeking a Customer Supply Chain Analyst to join their team. As a Customer Supply Chain Analyst, you will be part of the Supply Chain department supporting the Customer Service and Sales teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service -Order Management

Location: Camden, NJ. HYBRID (onsite T, W, Th)

Duration: 6 Months contract

Pay Range: $26.28 w2

What's the Job?

  • Manage the order life cycle from creation through delivery, ensuring accurate pricing, terms of sales, lead-times, and inventory availability.
  • Collaborate with sales, manufacturing, and distribution teams to resolve service issues and order discrepancies.
  • Track orders and shipments, troubleshoot issues, and respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Analyze and evaluate opportunities to improve key service metrics such as order fill, on-time delivery, and invoice accuracy.
  • Maintain and monitor customer-specific service metrics, providing proactive communication and corrective action plans.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's Degree and/or four years of related experience in customer service or supply chain management.
  • 1-2 years of experience in order management, transportation, or working with cross-functional teams in a high-volume environment.
  • Proficiency in systems such as SAP, PBI, or similar tools, with strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
