The Philadelphia Phillies are offering a postgraduate internship that runs from Summer/early Fall 2026through the conclusion of the 2027 baseball season (approximately 12 to 15 months, depending on department needs). JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES: Answer incoming sales and customer service calls related to season ticket packages, group outings, and general ballpark information. Provide in-game service support for season ticket holders, group clients, and hospitality spaces through proactive check-ins. Drive client retention by securing payments from existing season ticket holders and proactively collecting final payments from group leaders. Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, text, and in-person interactions with Phillies clients and fans.
