About the Role

The Company is seeking a Dean of Students to join its academic leadership team. The successful candidate will be tasked with providing strategic, operational, and tactical oversight to ensure a holistic and well-integrated approach across various student-focused units. This includes student activities, intramurals, athletics, housing, student auxiliaries, accessibility services, and student health and wellness services. The Dean of Students will be responsible for implementing the institution's vision for staff who work directly with students and for providing strategic leadership in all student life functions.Key responsibilities for the Dean of Students at the company include overseeing departmental budgets, daily operations, and the recruitment, hiring, training, and development of a diverse professional staff. The role also involves direct supervision of directors in multiple functional areas and providing support and guidance on performance management, succession planning, teamwork, and operational matters that align with the institution's strategic direction.
