Jefferson Health - 1513 Race Street - Responsibilities: Assist maintenance technicians in general repair, replacement or installation of equipment or facilities; Complete hospital rounds to identify and resolve regulatory compliance deficiencies; Assist with repairs of electrical, mechanical and plumbing equipment and systems; Maintain routine records of all inspections, preventative maintenance and repairs performed on any equipment or system; Make scheduled rounds of building areas, including the inspection of all lighting fixtures to assure proper function, to identify and resolve regulatory compliance deficiencies
