EMCOR Group - - Responsibilities: Operate, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, control systems, air handling units, pumps, motors, and heat exchangers; Compile notes on operation sequences, lamp/ballast data, filters and belts for stock; Perform light plumbing repairs and pipe work as needed; Troubleshoot equipment and coordinate with Property/Project Manager; Perform preventative maintenance and PM program updates
