Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Operate CNC machines to perform precision and progressive machining tasks in support of fabrication lines.; Set up CNC machines for production, including selecting, aligning, and securing holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and raw materials.; Position and secure workpieces in fixtures according to setup instructions and job requirements.; Read and interpret CNC programs, technical drawings, blueprints, operational layouts, engineering diagrams, manuals, specifications, and sample parts to determine required dimensions, tolerances, and sequence of operations.; Use mathematical skills and precision instruments to calculate dimensions and tolerances and ensure parts meet design requirements.
