Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors at the front desk by following site-specific procedures and security-related policies for a financial services location.; Monitor lobby activity, verify identification and/or access credentials, and help to deter unauthorized entry through attentive front desk presence and proper visitor processing.; Answer phones, greet guests, maintain visitor logs, and communicate with site contacts regarding arrivals, deliveries, and/or access-related questions.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying appropriate personnel and documenting security-related events.; Support emergency response activities from the front desk by following post orders, relaying information, and assisting with building access control procedures as directed.
