Required Technical Skill Set
- Hands-on experience with Redpoint RPDM tool
- Knowledge of Oracle/SQL and data segmentation logic
- Required AWS technologies (EC2, S3, Glue)
- Familiarity with CDP platform
- Salesforce Sales Cloud and PySpark
- Knowledge on Redshift
SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
- Design, implement, and optimize omnichannel marketing campaigns using Redpoint Interactions
- Manage segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies.
- Build and monitor workflows and customer journeys.
- A/B testing and performance tracking.
- Scheduling automations between RPI and RPDM
