This individual will play a critical role in ensuring contracts are executed efficiently to supportHEOR, pre-launch market access, and healthcare entity engagements .This is anurgent, high-impact needtied directly to ongoing GI programs and broader pipeline initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesOwnend-to-end contract lifecycle managementacross multiple workstreamsPartner closely with business stakeholders todrive timely contract execution aligned to data readout and launch timelinesReview, draft, andredline contracts , ensuring alignment with compliance and legal standardsAct as abridge between business, legal, and compliance , translating operational needs into contract languageSupport engagements with: Large academic institutions, Healthcare systems and community centers, GPOs and super groups, and Data & IT vendorsIdentify and proactively mitigatecontract delays impacting program deliveryEnsure contracts are executed in time to supportHEOR studies and pre-launch market access initiativesTrack and manage multiple contracts simultaneously, maintaining strict adherence to deadlinesRequired Qualifications5+ years of contract management experiencewithin life sciences (pharma strongly preferred)Strong background incontract drafting, review, and redliningExperience supportingHEOR, market access, or clinical/vendor contractsProven ability to managehigh-volume, time-sensitive contracting workflowsFamiliarity withlarge healthcare entities (academic centers, GPOs, vendors)Ability to interpret and applylegal and compliance frameworksin a business contextPreferred BackgroundParalegal or legal-focused experiencewith strong understanding of contractual language and riskExperience acting as acontract SME embedded within business teamsExposure todata/vendor agreements and healthcare system partnerships
