The right candidate will assist the Operations Manager or the Division Vice President of Operations in the management of business operations to ensure the achievement of the division's business objectives.

Directly supervises 2 or more employees in the Operations Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
