divh2Receiving Warehouse Associate/h2pPosition Summary:/ppWork Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm/pp100% on-site/ppCatalents 206,878-square-foot Philadelphia-area facility serves as the global Center of Excellence for Clinical Supply Packaging, offering GMP secondary packaging and clinical labeling services. The site provides manual to fully automated packaging solutions, including temperature-controlled options for sensitive products. Come and be part of a team that delivers industry-leading quality and innovation./ppThe Receiving Warehouse Associate is responsible for ensuring all inbound deliveries are processed accurately, inventory transactions are completed timely, and warehouse activities are carried out efficiently to meet operational demands. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, communication, and inventory management skills in a fast-paced warehouse environment./ppThe Role:/pulliEnsure all delivery trucks are unloaded properly and inspected for damage/liliResponsible for directing the daily activities of union warehouse personnel to ensure proper response to work demands in a productive, cost effective and timely manner/liliResponsible for ensuring all receipts are entered into the inventory system, labelled, and scanned into the appropriate functions; Generate regular reports as to physical inventory cycle counts and receipt issues/liliSchedule dock appointments for incoming receipts/liliResponsible for directing the Material Handlers to ensure proper response to work demands in a productive, cost-effective, and timely manner/liliSupport the day-to-day activities of the Clinical Services receiving functions including inventory control, proper stowage of materials, order miscellaneous supplies and communication functions/liliAll other duties as assigned/li/ulpThe Candidate:/pulliHigh School Diploma or GED is required.
