The Events and Scheduling Coordinator will serve as an entry-level professional supporting the Events & Scheduling team within the Commissioners Office. Reporting directly to the Director of Events and Scheduling, this role will provide essential operational, communication, and administrative support to ensure effective constituent engagement and streamlined coordination across Commissioners Office activities.
The position will primarily manage constituent communication tracking and reporting, assist with general office communications, and support comprehensive calendar and event coordination for the Commissioners. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills and be capable of managing high-volume, detail-oriented tasks with professionalism and discretion.
