Business Development Representative – Drive Growth for Premium Exterior & Garage Services


Job Overview

The Opportunity

You will be the face of a rapidly expanding home services portfolio, moving beyond garage doors into gates, lighting, and exterior design. This is a high-impact role where you will build a lucrative book of business by connecting with property managers and builders. Your ability to open doors and foster long-term partnerships will directly shape our market expansion and your own earning potential.


How You Will Make an Impact

  • Identify and capture new business opportunities across residential and commercial markets in target counties.
  • Cultivate lasting partnerships with property managers, home builders, and real estate professionals to secure recurring accounts.
  • Generate a high-volume lead pipeline through strategic networking, cold outreach, and direct community engagement.
  • Conduct professional site visits and presentations to deliver tailored solutions across multiple exterior service lines.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from the initial discovery call to project completion and final hand-off.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution and total client satisfaction for every contract.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators including lead generation, proposal delivery, and closed revenue.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of two years of success in outside sales, business development, or B2B account management.
  • Proven ability to self-start and maintain a high level of activity through cold outreach and in-person meetings.
  • Demonstrated proficiency using CRM software to manage leads, proposals, and client communications.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for consistent travel within the territory.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain technical service offerings to diverse audiences.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Prior experience in home services, construction, property management, or a related trade.
  • Established professional network within the local construction or real estate industry.
  • Strong presentation skills with a track record of building and delivering compelling project proposals.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary of $75,000 with uncapped commission potential exceeding $150,000.
