Job Title: Accounts Receivable (AR) Collections Specialist Location: Horsham, PA Duration: 03 + Months ( Contract/Temp with the possibility of extension) Shift: 1st shift Pay Range: $23/hr to $25/hr Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable / Collections Specialist to manage end-to-end collections activities for a North America-based customer portfolio. The role involves handling AR operations, resolving customer disputes, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely cash collection and accurate account reconciliation. Key Responsibilities: Manage collections activities for assigned North America customer portfolio Drive timely recovery of outstanding receivables and reduce overdue balances Handle customer queries and provide early-stage resolution to avoid escalations Coordinate with the cash applications team for accurate posting of payments and remittance advice Work on customer disputes and ensure timely resolution and closure Manage unapplied cash and ensure proper allocation of payments Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies Process adjustments, write-offs, netting requests, and refunds as per approval matrix Conduct portfolio review calls with internal and external stakeholders Analyze daily Accounts Receivable (AR) reports to improve collections performance Maintain adherence to daily operational SLAs and business requirements Required Skills & Qualifications: 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Credit Control Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes Experience in AR reconciliation, cash application, and dispute management Ability to analyze AR aging reports and drive collections strategy Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP preferred) Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle (preferred) Strong communication and customer handling skills Ability to manage high-volume transactions and meet deadlines Preferred Attributes: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Detail-oriented with high accuracy in financial data handling Good stakeholder management and collaboration skills Ability to work in a fast-paced shared services environment (LH-R5) Employment Type: Full Time Salary: $23 - $25 Hourly Bonus/Commission: No
