Intepros' valued client is seeking a Press Operator / Trainee to support digital printing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for setting up and operating multi-station digital printing presses while maintaining quality standards and meeting production timelines. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated to continuously improve efficiency and productivity. This position also requires a team-first mindset, with the flexibility to support other operators and production areas as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate multi-station digital printing presses
• Monitor print quality and ensure production standards are met
• Maintain production schedules in a high-volume environment
• Troubleshoot basic machine or print issues as needed
• Support continuous improvement efforts related to productivity and efficiency
• Assist other press operators and production team members as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience operating digital presses, flexographic presses, manufacturing equipment, or other machinery preferred
• Open to training candidates with strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude
• Experience with water-based inks and UV coatings is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment
• Reliable, accountable, and adaptable in a production setting
• Ability to stand, sit, and lift throughout the shift as needed

Hours: 7 AM TO 3:15 PM OR 6 AM TO 2:15 PM
