Wayne County Correctional Facility is now accepting applications for Food Service Worker 1.
Position is full-time and various shifts, weekend shifts are a possibility.

Qualifications

Formal culinary training and ServSafe certification preferred. Candidate should have minimum two years experience in lead kitchen role.

Special Requirements

Flexibility of scheduling and the ability to work over-time and/or cover shifts when necessary is required. Lifting, working behind a secure area, observation of all safety/facility rules/procedures is a must. Supervision of inmates assigned to kitchen duties may be necessary at times.
