Perkins Restaurants - 2601 West Cumberland Street - Responsibilities: Wash, sanitize, and restock dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans according to company standards; Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dish area, kitchen, and back-of-house spaces; Support kitchen and front-of-house team members with cleaning and stocking tasks as needed; Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures at all times; Assist with trash removal, floor cleaning, and maintaining a safe working environment
