IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
Strategic mindset: Act as a restaurant consultant for each merchant we onboard, providing strategic recommendations using data, customer insights, taste testing and strong intuition to grow sales on DoorDash
Strong communication: Engage in post-sales outreach, connecting with restaurants via email, phone, or SMS to understand their current experience with our program, developing strong relationships to keep them engaged
Quality assurance: ensure all merchants and meals on the program meet our standards and criteria on an ongoing basis through taste testing and data insights
Share your learnings proactively, troubleshoot issues, and implement innovative internal and external processes to enhance our operations and partnerships
Serve as the operational support manager, handling technical and operational challenges such as menu setup, contract management, and quality control oversight

Based in Northern Philadelphia

Ability to manage ambiguity and work independently in a fast paced environment and being comfortable with executing with limited guidance
Coachable on Technology and Data - Ability to use communication and collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, Google Sheets in addition to internal systems at DoorDash
Ability to learn and execute on multi-step processes such as new menu creation, onboarding set up, and quickly switch tasks when needed
Ability to operate at the lowest level of detail with excellent accuracy and productivity
Excellent Communication and Time-Management Skills - Ability to effectively articulate issues, understand problems and implement solutions while managing multiple projects
Passionate about people management and building relationships that have a strong foundation on empathy and emotional intelligence
Prior experience in Operations Management, Support, Customer Interviews, and Sales preferably in the hospitality industry
COMP/CONTRACT/LOCATION
$32-42 per hour
