We strive to continue to manufacture the highest quality equipment and work towards ensuring that the equipment is the most efficient to promote a sustainable environment./ppInductotherm Corp has an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team, 100% on-site in Rancocas, New Jersey, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm./ppWe are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist with key responsibilities like managing the full A/R cycle from invoicing and payment processing to collections and account reconciliation./ppThis position has no direct supervisory responsibility for assigned staff./ph2Duties/Responsibilities:/h2p Invoicing: Prepare and send invoices to inter-company./pp Payment processing: Apply incoming payments from various sources and have experience with foreign currencies./pp Account reconciliation: Reconcile A/R module to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded to G/L./pp Collections: Follow up on and collect past-due intercompany accounts./pp Bad debt: Provide reports on delinquency and other AR-related metrics./pp Record keeping: Maintain accuracy on all A/R related reporting such as Customer Advance Payment list, Customer Aging Report/pp Must be regular in attendance and willing to work overtime as required./pp Assist with month-end and year-end close, audits, and other miscellaneous duties as assigned./ph2Required Skills/Abilities:/h2ulliSound knowledge of financial regulations and principles especially GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) as well as finance/accounting transactions./liliProficient at MS Office, especially in making spreadsheets in Excel./liliExperience working with any Accounting and/or ERP system./liliAbility to multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment./liliStrong verbal and non-verbal communication skills./liliStrong ethics and reliability include being able to maintain a high level of confidentiality./liliOrganizational skills and a keen eye for details./liliAn analytical mind with problem-solving attitude./liliExcellent time management skills./li/ulpEducation and Experience:/pulliAssociate degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field is required./liliTwo (2) years of relevant experience./li/ulpPhysical Requirements:/pulliThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job./liliAble to see/read printed word and hear/speak on the phone./liliAble to stand, traverse the building, sit for long periods, bend, reach, and lift or carry up to 10 pounds./liliHave valid drivers license and able to drive an automobile./liliNeat business-like appearance./liliMust disclose any surgical implants, pins, braces or other devices that could be affected by induction fields./liliReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions./li/ulh2Salary:/h2pSalaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications./ppSalary Range: $24.00 - $28.00/hour/ph2Relocation:/h2pRelocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position./ph2Condition of Employment:/h2pMust be able to satisfactorily complete the Inductotherm Corp. hiring process requirements which includes a comprehensive assessment, drug testing, and a background check.
