Cafeteria Aide
An ESS cafeteria aide plays an integral role in coordination with another cafeteria aide, for monitoring students during their lunch period. This person will be expected to enforce the cafeteria expectations and procedures and will seek assistance from administration as needed. This position requires the ability to stand for long periods of time.
Responsibilities
- Oversee students during lunch and recess periods, enforcing appropriate student behavior and ensuring a safe and orderly environment
- T ake all reasonable precautions to protect students, facilities, equipment, and materials
- Immediately report incidents, injuries, and significant behavioral concerns
- Demonstrate cooperation and flexibility in performing other related duties as assigned by school administration and ESS
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- PA Department of Education Form 6004: Arrest/Conviction Report and Certification - Act 24
- PA State Police Criminal History Clearance - Act 34
- Federal Criminal History Clearance - Act 114
- Child Abuse Clearance - Act 151
- Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release - Act 168
- Tuberculosis Test/Physical
