Snipes - 7601 State Road - Responsibilities: Remote monitor store activity and internal systems through the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) platforms; Remote monitor external security threats such as alarm activations, burglaries, and major theft incidents affecting all SNIPES Properties; Ensure that all incidents are properly documented through our case management system; Coordinate response efforts and provide real-time support during security events, including escalations to leadership or law enforcement; Ensuring incident communication is sent out to both the Executive and Field teams in a timely manner when an incident occurs
