Marriott Hotels - 1201 Market Street - Responsibilities: Organize, confirm, process, and conduct all guest check-ins/check-outs, room reservations, requests, changes, and cancellations.; Secure payment; verify and adjust billing; activate and file room keys.; Process all guest requests and relay messages; print contingency lists for emergencies; provide information on amenities and local areas of interest.; Run and review daily reports/logs; complete cashier and closing reports; accept wake-up calls and coordinate with departments.; Maintain professional appearance and conduct; follow policies; protect company assets; assist individuals with disabilities; respond to guest needs; respond to guest concerns as part of a positive team.
