Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for an educational campus environment.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to the appropriate personnel.; Conduct regular and random patrols of campus buildings, common areas, walkways, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.; Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, assisting with visitor directions, policy awareness, and reporting of unusual behavior or maintenance-related issues.; Support campus operations during events, class hours, and after-hours periods by maintaining a visible presence, following post orders, and communicating with Allied Universal leadership and/or site contacts as needed.
