Essential Job Functions:* Sets up station according to restaurant guidelines.* Prepares all food items for the daily menu and specials in a sanitary and timely manner.* Follows recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant.* Reads and interprets abbreviations on food order tickets.* Responsible for the correct food presentation of each plated item.* Restocks items as needed throughout shift.* Cleans and maintains station in practicing good safety, sanitation, organizational skills.* Assists with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas.* Performs all other duties as assigned.Qualification:* Must be 18 years or older.* High school diploma or equivalent.* One or more years of experience is preferred.* Must be available to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays.
