Full-Time Cook

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Full-Time Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing nutritious, high-quality meals while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment.

Position: Full-Time Cook
Schedule: Full-Time (including weekends and holidays as needed)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals according to established menus and dietary requirements.

• Ensure food is prepared, served, and stored in compliance with food safety regulations.

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the kitchen and food service areas.

• Assist with food ordering, inventory management, and stock rotation.

• Accommodate special diets and therapeutic meal plans as directed.

• Work collaboratively with dietary staff and other departments to ensure resident satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous cooking experience required; healthcare, long-term care, or skilled nursing facility experience preferred.

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Food Handler's Certification preferred (or ability to obtain)
