The Lab Facilities Coordinator oversees building and equipment maintenance activities in a regulated laboratory and manufacturing environment. This role plans and schedules maintenance and calibration work, manages facilities records within a computerized maintenance management system, and supports quality system documentation, including Deviations, Change Controls, and CAPAs. The coordinator ensures that facilities operations align with cGMP standards and that all documentation is accurate, timely, and audit-ready.

Work Environment
The role operates within laboratory, clean room, and manufacturing environments that follow cGMP standards. The Lab Facilities Coordinator works closely with equipment owners, vendors, and cross-functional teams to support equipment readiness and compliance. The position involves frequent interaction with a computerized maintenance management system, including Blue Mountain Regulatory Asset Management or similar technologies, for scheduling and documenting maintenance and calibration activities. Work may require moving between lab spaces, clean rooms, and production areas, with adherence to applicable facility procedures and clean room protocols. Hours and shifts align with standard operations for lab and manufacturing facilities, with flexibility to adjust schedules to accommodate critical maintenance and calibration activities as needed.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $43.27 - $48.08/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
