What You ll Do
As anAnesthesia Veterinary Assistantat MVA, you will play a key role in supporting our surgery department, helping our technicians and veterinarians provide rapid, high-quality care. In this position, you will:

  • Assistnurses, anesthesia coordinators, and veterinarianswith daily patient care
  • Support theinduction, intubation, and monitoringof anesthetized patients
  • Aid inclipping, prepping, and positioning surgical patients
  • Assist inplacing IV catheters, running bloodwork, and performing diagnostics
  • Clean, organize, stock, and maintain hospital equipment and inventory
  • Providecompassionate and professional client service
  • Accuratelyupdate patient records and communicate changesto the veterinary team
  • Work in afast-paced, team-oriented environment, assisting across multiple departments

Anticipated Schedule

This is afull-timeposition with the following available schedules:

  • Schedule:Monday - Thursday: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Please note that someholidaysare required.

Compensation

  • Starts at $19.00/hr
