We are seeking a dependable and organized Material Runner to support our commercial construction projects throughout the Philadelphia, South Jersey, and Delaware areas.

Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver construction materials to job sites
• Coordinate material deliveries with project managers and site supervisors
• Verify quantities and inspect materials upon pickup
• Maintain delivery logs and receipts
• Assist with unloading and organizing materials on site
• Perform occasional warehouse and inventory support
• Ensure company vehicle is kept clean and maintained

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation to and from our office/job sites
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Construction experience is a plus but not required
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
