Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a front desk post in an automotive location.; Monitor access at the front desk by greeting guests, verifying identification and/or visitor information, issuing access credentials when required, and documenting arrivals and departures according to site procedures.; Respond to incidents, questions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site contacts, supervisors, and/or emergency services when appropriate.; Answer phones, assist with directions, receive deliveries, and support front desk operations while maintaining awareness of security-related activity in the lobby and reception area.; Complete required reports, logs, and records related to visitor management, incidents, and/or unusual activity in accordance with Allied Universal standards and site expectations.
