Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a busy logistics and distribution location; Monitor access to the location by greeting visitors, checking identification, issuing visitor credentials, and documenting arrivals and departures in accordance with security-related policies; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed; Answer phones, assist with directions, manage front desk communications, and support employees, drivers, vendors, and visitors with security-related questions and site access procedures; Observe lobby and entrance activity, monitor alarms and/or cameras from the front desk area, and help to deter unauthorized access through visible presence and timely reporting
