Summary: Supports the serving staff to keep the dining room clean and stocked and processes the orders for the third party delivery platforms while providing exceptional customer service.Engagement Expectations:We believe that team member engagement is the basis for a great culture and superiorguest service. During every interaction, we display three behaviors:* Smile, display energy and open body language* Proactively greet team members and guests, initiating interaction to provide service* Always use a positive parting remark to end the conversationEssential Job Functions:* Acknowledges the guest and delivers beverage orders in accordance to serving standards* Resolves order discrepancies quickly with food server.* Supports the serving staff by maintaining stock levels of the dining room and serving stations.* Assist in pre-bussing procedures while owning the process of bussing and resetting the tables.* Ensures the initial delivery and refreshing of non-alcoholic beverages* Acknowledges the order and places the orders into the Micros terminal.* Maintains the stock levels of the take out condiments and utensils.* Closes out orders using the third party delivery systems.* Retrieves orders from the outlets and returns them to the pick up location.* Ensures the accuracy of each take out order.* Maintains a clean and organized workstation.* Labels each order by name/number and sorts them into the appropriate holding area.* Greets the delivery drivers and ensures that they receive the correct order.* Cleans and stocks food prep areas, dining areas and workstations.* Performs all other duties as assigned.Qualifications:* Must be 18 years of age or older.* High school diploma or equivalent.* Six months or more related experience or training preferred.* Must be available to work flexible shifts, nights, and weekends.* Ability to successfully fulfill the pre-employment process.Physical and Mental Demands:* Regularly required to walk, stand, see, talk and hear; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms.* Frequently required to stoop and kneel.* Must occasionally lift and/or move 25 pounds or more.* Able to interact with others while maintaining a positive and courteous demeanor under frequently fast paced work conditions.* Ability to work in a noisy and smoky environment
