Job DescriptionManufacture plain bearings in a production environment. Work within a unionized facility operating across three shifts. Adhere to all safety, quality, and production standards. 3rd Shift: Sunday 11:30 PM - Thursday 7:40 AM1st Shift: Monday 7:30 AM - Friday 3:40 PM2nd Shift: Monday 3:30 PM - Friday 11:40 PMNote: Currently hiring for 3rd shift (11:30 PM - 7:40 AM) Compensation
Entry-level base pay starts at $29.96/hourAdditional $1.64/hour shift differential for 3rd shiftOvertime required based on business needs Required Qualifications & Experience
Ability to set up and operate machines and equipment within the departmentExperience operating and/or setting up CNC lathes is strongly preferredStrong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to established standardsMaintain consistent part quality and collaborate effectively with team members to support production flowFollow 5S standards to maintain a clean and organized work environmentAbility to lift up to 35 poundsMechanically inclined with the ability to perform manual machine setup and breakdownHigh attention to detailProficiency using precision measuring tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers, verniers)Prior manufacturing experience requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent required All qualified applicants shall be treated equally according to their individual qualifications, abilities, experiences and other employment standards.
