Remote position with 6 weeks of on-site training M-F 8am to 4:30pm EST. Candidates must live within commuting distance to UPS facility in Philadelphia, PA.

As a Customs Brokerage Specialist II, you will review import documentation, troubleshoot discrepancies, classify goods using the Harmonized Tariff Schedule, and ensure shipments meet federal regulatory requirements. You'll communicate directly with customers, carriers, and international partners to keep freight moving efficiently and compliantly.
After training is complete, this is a fully remote position.
Commitment Requirement: Candidate must agree to a 6-month lock-in period from the date of hire to complete all required training, followed by a 1-year product lock-in to ensure continuity and proficiency in role-specific deliverables.
