High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
Experience
2 years experience preparing food in a high volume/institutional environment. Preferred
General experience with production equipment including electric slicers, convection ovens, deck ovens, tilting skillet, deep fat fryers, steamers, steam kettles, mixers, meat grinders, and food choppers. Preferred
