Description

Summary: Assists the Food and Beverage department with administrative tasks and with capturing and analyzing data that assists management with controlling operating and labor costs.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Prepares memorandums, files, and screens calls.
  • Directs preparation of records such as agenda, notices, and minutes for meetings.
  • Acts as custodian of departmental documents and records.
  • Prepares confidential correspondence, reports, and other complex documents.
  • Creates and maintains database and spreadsheet files related to operating costs.
  • Provides reports and analysis on data.
  • Ensures customer concerns and complaints are administered through the appropriate processes and personally handles those assigned by the vice president or his/her designee.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • One or more years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of accounting, spreadsheet and word processing software.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.

Physical and Mental Demands:

  • Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms; talk, see and hear.
  • Frequently required to stand or walk.
  • Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Able to interact with others while maintaining a positive and courteous demeanor under frequently fast paced work conditions
